Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 - 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia only)

We currently offer free shipping on all of our orders and use Sendle to process our orders. Once the item is ready to be shipped you will receive an email from Sendle with regards to tracking.

Estimated delivery time can be between 1 - 7 business days.

In-store pickup

For those who can’t wait for their speakers, we encourage you to pick it up from our workshop at Substation33 in Logan. Please specify in 2. Shipping at checkout, that you would like Local Pickup from Kingston, 4114 (31 Mary Street, Kingston). Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 3.30pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer International Shipping to locations outside of Australia

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Sendle which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Bradley@amplfy.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not allow to ship to P.O boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Bradley@amplfy.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
