AMPLFY Speakers blend Industrial Design, with military surplus and recycled electronics, to create one-of-a-kind, hi-fi portable Bluetooth speakers, whilst empowering people marginalised in our community. 

We sell both DIY Speaker kits, with online video tutorials and instructions, as well as hand-made pre-assembled portable speakers, which are built by participants in our community support programs.

What's more? Money saved on up-cycling materials means hi-fi audio at a fraction of the cost.

All of our electronics have been tested and are deemed electrically safe to sell by Australian regulatory standards. 

OuR Impact

At AMPLFY, our goal is to produce one-of-a-kind audio systems, at a fraction of the cost without impacting the environment. All of our speakers are comprised of between 60 – 80% recycled parts. To date, we have recycled over 3,000 kilograms of electronic waste.

Unlike most portable speakers, we want to share our secrets and give people the opportunity to learn how to build their own portable speakers. For those who don’t have the time to build their own, we teach people in our community to build them for you. To date, we have provided training to over 40 people in employment support programs and volunteers, teaching the fundamentals of electronics and how to build portable speakers.

By partnering with Traction.Community, we have also provided skills and development training for disengaged youth, to build their own portable bluetooth speaker.
